WAIVER AND AGREEMENT TO HOLD HARMLESS

          It is understood that every dog at this event will at times be in the care and control of the dog’s handler/owner.  It is further understood that the undersigned agrees to be fully responsible for actions of his or her dog(s) while on the grounds.

          I understand that attendance at any function where dogs are present is not without risk to me, my guest, or my own dog.  I agree to hold Waine Singleton the property owner and All State Insurance HARMLESS for loss or injury which may have allegedly been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by act of my dog(s) or to my dog(s) while on me training grounds.

          I hereby assume all responsibility and liability for such claims.  I further relinquish all claims and agree to hold the above said property owner and Insurance Company HARMLESS for loss or injury which may occur to myself or my dog(s) during participation in this event.

Only dogs participating in this event will be allowed on the grounds.  This waiver applies for all events and training from this date forward.
